im just happy these past few days...i really dont know why??  i may be stressed out with work, i  may worry constantly about my BC (biological clock), i have no lovelife to speak off...but strangely enough im happy...yahoo!!!  maybe its a combination of the ff that's making me smile all the time.

a. friends -   tec friends, net friends,officemates... 

b. family - they're all in excellent health

c. scuba - i think im doing pretty well....finally i can swim horizontally under water...Alien!  and i can finish an entire pool session without swallowing a drop of pool water...ewww

d. bodyshop - it simply lifts me up...har har...

e. bi - his smile, his songs, his moves...ahhh...what more could a girl ask for...

f. work - believe it or not

Happiness is a decision, we always have a choice!
